Standard subscriptions use our ticketing system, which is processed within 4 hours on business days (08:00–18:00 CET). All tickets are handled directly by our senior DevOps engineers based in Munich.
Traffic is measured in 1 GB increments and billed using the 95th percentile model, so short-term spikes are not penalized. Standard plans include 500 GB, while Enterprise contracts are volume-flexible with automatic overdraft until the next billing cycle. Invoices are issued monthly in advance and clearly separate German VAT.
